Elsie Squad Takes On Snowdon, Sept 2025

This weekend the Elsie Squad took on Snowdon. We did it because we felt so inspired by all of you. Everything you have done, and continue to do, gave us the drive to take on our own challenge.

People often think we’re a big team, but here we are: just the four of us, volunteering, using the skills from our own careers, and most importantly, rooted in love for Elsie and our determination to make a difference for other children. It’s a special team.

@franticfran2682 @beckythomson88 @carlytarjomi28 I’II always be forever grateful for everything you’ve done and continue to do for Elsie’s Story. You’ve lifted me up in my lowest and darkest days and this weekend, you even got me up a mountain!! (Although if Fran said “it’s just around this corner Again…My face probably said it all!) I do this because Elsie was my baby, you do this because you are the most incredible people.

A huge thank you to our partners and Tina, who had the kids and greeted us with the biggest hugs at the end.

It’s been a hard week for us a family with a few really tough weeks ahead. I had many tears along the way but also some laughs and those moments are the ones that can pull you out of what can be a really tough and hard place.

Elsie’s Story is about facing your fears, not giving up, courage, and standing side by side with each other. If there’s something you’ve been thinking about taking on, go for it. It’s so worth it.

We’re all aching today… but we’re all so very proud.

For you Els. Always and forever xxx

Elsie’s Story Inaugural Dinner 2025, Oct 2025

On Friday, October 3rd, we hosted Elsie’s Story Inaugural Charity Dinner and what a night it was.

Exactly one year to the day since we established Elsie’s Story, we came together to celebrate everything that’s been achieved. It was an evening filled with every emotion, but above all, the love in that room was unbelievable. The love for Elsie, for her Story, for our community and most importantly, for one another.

The night simply wouldn’t have been possible without the following amazing people:

Our hosts: The incredible John Barnes and Pete Price, you both brought the night to life in the most perfect way. I can’t thank you enough.

The decor: Nat and Dom at Mimi Belle Events, the room was just beautiful. You took our vision and created something beyond anything we ever imagined. It was magical and encapsulated Elsie in every way.

Our fabulous photographer Dave Brown, our music: Holly Ellison , Six 15 Group, Dax on Sax , Chesca our Magician (out of this world!): Simon Hughes , to RS Swinden for our beautiful delicious chocolate butterflies. Also a massive ‘thank you’ to The Grand, Southport for the venue.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to our auction items including: Rolex, Liverpool Football Club, John & Andrea Barnes, Harrison’s Holding Ltd, Hillside Golf Club, Royal Birkdale Golf Club, Porsche Preston, Power Sheds, John Bishop, Mac Civils, JMC Group, Alan Baybutt & Sons Ltd, MM Acquisitions, Vincentius, Club Sport Events, DT Electrical, Frances Connelly, The Costello Group along with over 100 other incredible local businesses who donated envelope prizes.

Your generosity has left us completely blown away. I can’t thank each and everyone of enough.

A very special night for and extrodinary little girl.
